How we use cookies
Cookies are small records saved in your browser. We use them for account access and to remember your cookie choice. You can browse the website, request a quote and track a shipment without accepting optional cookies.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Cookie settings therefore show necessary cookies as always active and analytics and advertising as not used.

Other browser storage and downloads
Staff actions use browser storage to notify other open website tabs when shipment or website information changes. This supports live updates and is not advertising tracking. Receipt PDFs and QR images are saved only when you choose to download them. Sharing a receipt passes the PDF to the app you select.
Website fonts and PDF tools are served from our website. Enquiry forms send submitted information to FormSubmit for delivery to our support email. External services follow their own privacy practices.
Your controls
Use Cookie settings in the footer to review the cookies we use. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, although blocking account-session cookies prevents sign-in. Clearing your preference cookie makes the notice appear again. Private browsing and other devices keep separate choices.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, including when a Global Privacy Control signal is received. For information about data requests, see our Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices.
